Cooking lessons: Want to be involved in the cooking process? Let Chef Nico share with you the delights of French recipes such as sauces, salads, marinades etc. From the simpliest to most complicated, rediscover the joy of cooking the French way.

Chef Nico will be pleased to give you suggestions for beverages and wine selections, but these beverages are not included in the meal pricing.

Cooking Lessons
Cooking lessons are above all, the first way to help you rediscover the pleasure of meal preparation for yourself, your family and guests. Great cooking isn't just about recipes, it's about techniques. These lessons can include techniques about proper cutting of a variety of produce and butchering of meats as well as basic rules to make various sauces just to name a few. In addition, lessons will include the essential tips to make successful cooking, and the realization of recipes from the simplest to the most complicated along with seasoning and tasting to adjust flavor profiles. The main part for me is being able to help in areas where you feel you need improvement. I am willing to take time to discuss, and adapt the cooking lessons to fit and meet your needs. Include your family and friends in the cooking experience. One-on-one cooking lessons are available as well, don't hesitate to ask for pricing for this option.
The material and the ingredients will be supplied by the host. After the lesson there will be a tasting of the results.
$25.00 per person by hour minimum 4 guests

Interested in participating in a cooking lesson with the chef before one of the menu options? Then this experience is designed just for you. Start with a lesson followed by the meal of your choice. This lesson could be part of the meal or simply another technique that you wish to learn. This cooking lesson would be $10.00 per hour by student in addition to the menu choice.
